Processing time
Every order takes 1 to 2 business days to be prepared before it ships.
Delivery time
- United States: 5 to 10 business days.
- International: 9 to 12 business days.
Free shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders to every country we ship to.
Duties and import taxes
For orders shipped outside the country of origin, the customs authorities of the destination country may charge duties, import taxes or handling fees when the package arrives. These charges are not included in the price, are not collected by us and are the responsibility of the customer. If you refuse a package because these charges were not paid, the return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Delays
Due to external logistics factors, delivery times may occasionally be affected. WESTERNPACKCO is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processes
- Shipping carriers
- Circumstances beyond our control
